Understanding CBD
What is CBD?

CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound known as a cannabinoid, sourced directly from the hemp plant. Every mammal on earth has an endocannabinoid system filled with receptors designed to interact with these compounds, which is why even household pets are naturally drawn to cannabis plants.
How does CBD work?

CBD works in harmony with your body's existing cannabinoid receptors. It offers a natural way to help manage everyday stress, tension, and inflammation without being harsh on your liver or kidneys.
How is CBD different from THC?

THC is the psychoactive compound in cannabis that alters your perception and produces a "high." CBD has no psychoactive component, meaning it provides physical and mental relief while keeping your mind clear.
Will I get high?

No. CBD will not get you high. If you take more than the recommended serving, the main effect you may experience is drowsiness.
What are the benefits of CBD?

Taking full spectrum CBD can support deeper sleep, faster physical recovery, reduced stress, less fatigue, and a more balanced mood. The most noticeable "side effect" our clients report is waking up well rested with a better overall outlook.
Types of CBD
What is the difference between Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum, and CBD Isolate?

We offer three main extract types so you can choose what works best for you:
Full Spectrum CBD: Contains the complete profile of beneficial compounds extracted from the hemp plant, including CBD, CBG, CBN, CBDA, THCA, and trace amounts of THC (legally capped at 0.3% or less). This complete profile works together to maximize relief without causing a high.
Broad Spectrum CBD: Contains the beneficial compounds of the hemp plant blended with pure CBD, with the THC completely removed.
CBD Isolate: Pure, isolated CBD with no other hemp plant compounds included.
Usage & Dosage
How much should I take?

Because everyone's body is unique, we personalize your routine. Your ideal dosage will be provided during your direct phone or text consultation with our team.
Should I use CBD topically or ingest it?

The best method depends on your specific goals. Topical products are great for targeted, localized relief on muscles and joints, while ingestible products support whole body balance, sleep, and stress relief. We will help you choose the right option for your needs.
How do I know if the CBD is working?

Before taking your dose, take a quiet moment to check in with your body and note how you feel. Wait about 20 minutes after taking the CBD, then reassess to notice the shift in how your body and mind feel.
Will CBD make me anxious?

Every person processes supplements differently based on their unique body chemistry. While CBD is widely used to calm stress, taking the wrong amount for your body can occasionally feel overwhelming. That is why we prioritize speaking with you directly to ensure you start with the exact dosage suited to your needs.
How does CBD interact with other medications?

CBD is a natural, plant derived supplement that works with your body's natural receptors and is generally well tolerated. However, if you take prescription medications, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor before starting any new supplement routine.
Legality & Testing
Is CBD legal?

Yes. Hemp derived CBD was federally legalized through the 2018 Farm Bill. It is legal across all 50 states and is permitted on domestic flights.
Will I pass a drug test?

Full spectrum CBD contains only trace, legal amounts of THC, making it unlikely to trigger a standard screening, and many of our regular clients work in government or public service roles. However, if you are subject to strict zero tolerance drug testing, we recommend discussing Broad Spectrum or CBD Isolate options with us during your consultation.
